We have been with Coffey Communication since 2015. We did our initial design then and a redesign in 2018. Coffey Communications have been amazing and very professional. They have taught human resources and myself to manage our website to make our own changes with ease and confidence. Our relationship has been easy, friendly and even fun! We used Formstack for internal trends , data points and a collaborative workspace. Formstack is easy to train and deploy for larger companies because of the ease of use. Low code/no code tools are vital for current operations and the Formstack team was very welcoming to feedback and collaboration on tool enhancements.

Coffey Communications has provided excellent support and service for our hospital's Internet website and community newsletter. Their follow-up is consistent and timely. Their CMS includes real-time chat support to help us address any issues that come up as we're refreshing content or making other changes. Their pricing is fair and they earn it by helping us create great, award-winning communications. They have also been flexible in helping us contend with unpredictable changes in our work priorities due to the pandemic's impact on healthcare facilities in terms of patient load, regulatory requirements and communications.

Our hospital and associated clinics/specialty departments (13 total, two new clinics coming soon) recently went through a rebrand, and we needed a new website. Although our prior site was only three years old, it looked dated and had multiple functionality issues, so we felt the need to work with a new company. I came across other health care websites that Coffey Communications had done, and after our first meeting with them, knew I wanted to work with them on this project. Their experience, level of expertise, and professionalism surpassed even what I already knew would be a good experience working with them. As someone who's managed multiple rebrands for large companies, I've managed numerous website projects from start to finish. I appreciate an uber-organized project and process and Coffey Communications was on top of everything. From every interaction to the flowmap platform to upload our content for them, was so impressive. Our new site is beautiful, easy to navigate, I've had multiple compliments from patients and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Coffey Communications for future projects.

We needed consultation and design resources to improve our website user experience. The project focused on all search experiences, including global, physician, and location searches. Modea was hired to conduct research and design work on a new UX. All of the designs they provided had very positive feedback from not only our team, but also from people outside of our team. The people at Modea are exceptionally bright and considerate. They worked closely with us and were quite meticulous in their planning. They were also willing to try new things and had a humble demeanor, which I admire because there is always something new to learn. Chris and his team seem to be quite enthusiastic and motivated.

Coffey Communications has been great to work with. They made the transition from our previous web vendor to them extremely easy. They are quick and efficient and able to accommodate all requests we have. I love that I can chat with tech support as I'm working within in the CMS and get questions answered immediately. I worked with Geonetric in my role as director of digital marketing at a regional health system. Geonetric's CMS was reliable, robust, and easy to use. When I started at the system, the website was already in place. I was able to immediately begin using the CMS with no training. When I did run into a roadblock caused by my lack of knowledge, it was always easy to get the help I needed from Geonetric's customer support. They were always quick to respond and helped me quickly solve my problem. We did not use any of their other services so I cannot comment on them. I was very happy with the services we did use and would recommend that anyone looking for a new CMS consider Geonetric's offerings.

Mytonomy has visionary leaders who understand the importance of patient education and engagement as part of a digital front door strategy. They offer a deep library of microlearning videos that have been vetted by leading health organizations, with data supporting how their content improves health outcomes and reduces costs for providers. Mytonomy has its own video production studio with very experienced professionals -- production value is very high for both live action and animated content. Their patient-facing UI/UX is very intuitive -- when they call their service "Netflix for healthcare" that's spot on -- and encourages binge watching. Mytonomy's seamless integration with Epic makes it very easy for providers to assign content, and easy for patients to access video education via MyChart. They make great use of email and text messaging to keep patients engaged once they have activated Mytonomy-powered services. One thing to be aware of as you consider Mytonomy is that their product roadmap is very aggressive, and they push new features and functionality that may not necessarily be a good fit for every health organization. It is important to know your needs as be very direct with Mytonomy regarding expectations and project scope, because they will definitely push you to do more.

Drupal is an excellent choice for hospitals and health systems. It's open source, so it's free. There are a lot of plug-ins already available and PHP developers are widely available. It's a powerful CMS and open source systems are being adopted more each year.

I was really impressed with how they took all of the data from our sources and designed the most user-friendly, clean, mobile-centric provider directory I've ever seen. I've worked with The Beryl Institute for many years, and my experience has been tremendous. They have a wealth of resources for me as a leader in customer experience, especially in human experience. The staff is amicable and helpful. One project I did with Beryl was with our independent provider organizations in Puerto Rico, and they were phenomenal at helping us do this pilot. An excellent group to work with on service line campaigns and digital marketing. One of their strengths is in social media digital marketing. Whether it was Google Ads, Facebook campaigns or specific microsites, we were always impressed with the results and how they monitored and adjusted digital campaigns. They're good at listening to our experts and clearly communicating medical information to our targeted audiences. The Fantastical was also good at distilling raw data into easy-to-understand summaries for hospital executives who aren't experts on SEO, click-through rates et cetera. In short, The Fantastical was fantastic.
