User-Generated Content. MarTech.Health Directory may, in our sole discretion, share your User Generated Content, such as your vendor reviews, with others. If you do not want certain information shared with others, you should not submit User-Generated Content, or should not submit User-Generated Content that contains information you do not want to be shared in this manner. Once you have submitted User Generated Content, we reserve the right to publish it in any medium to others.

Financial information. We may use your financial information to process payment for any purchases made on our Site; pre-qualify you to participate as a vendor or other user in the MarTech.Health Directory; register you as a user; enroll you in any discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate; protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.

After you deactivate your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Site or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Features of our Site allow you to post User Generated Content, including information about yourself and others, and to communicate with others. All such postings are governed by our TOU.  In addition, such postings may appear on other websites or when searches are executed on the subject of your posting. Also, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable web pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information. Once you have posted information, you may not be able to edit or delete such information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY.
Our Site is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

DO NOT TRACK.
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt-out of tracking by websites and online services.
