Mytonomy has visionary leaders who understand the importance of patient education and engagement as part of a digital front door strategy. They offer a deep library of microlearning videos that have been vetted by leading health organizations, with data supporting how their content improves health outcomes and reduces costs for providers. Mytonomy has its own video production studio with very experienced professionals -- production value is very high for both live action and animated content. Their patient-facing UI/UX is very intuitive -- when they call their service "Netflix for healthcare" that's spot on -- and encourages binge watching. Mytonomy's seamless integration with Epic makes it very easy for providers to assign content, and easy for patients to access video education via MyChart. They make great use of email and text messaging to keep patients engaged once they have activated Mytonomy-powered services. One thing to be aware of as you consider Mytonomy is that their product roadmap is very aggressive, and they push new features and functionality that may not necessarily be a good fit for every health organization. It is important to know your needs as be very direct with Mytonomy regarding expectations and project scope, because they will definitely push you to do more.

An excellent group to work with on service line campaigns and digital marketing. One of their strengths is in social media digital marketing. Whether it was Google Ads, Facebook campaigns or specific microsites, we were always impressed with the results and how they monitored and adjusted digital campaigns. They're good at listening to our experts and clearly communicating medical information to our targeted audiences. The Fantastical was also good at distilling raw data into easy-to-understand summaries for hospital executives who aren't experts on SEO, click-through rates et cetera. In short, The Fantastical was fantastic.

In the early days of digital marketing, I engaged them for our first distribution of a digital annual report. We were struggling with the various pieces involved and if it should be in-house. We ultimately went to True North who came up with some very creative ideas. Not only did we do an annual report, but we produced a whole digital marketing campaign to promote the report. The distribution out to our many stakeholders was not the report itself, but a clickable promotion for the report available for download. It was very unique at its time. The level of creativity and integrated marketing was really impressive and very important to us.

We hired Fingerpaint for a rebrand for our complex clinically integrated network. They took us through the most unique and helpful discovery process. They solicited the core nuggets of feedback from every person involved, and distilling it into the perfect brand. They did a redesign of our logo, our color scheme, our language, and tone. My favorite thing that they created was our tagline because it just hit the nail on the head. They made the entire process fun and engaging.
