The decision to invest in Hyro's conversational AI was strategic and aimed at enhancing the website navigation, increasing accessibility for existing patients, and attracting new ones. Our team was impressed by Hyro's flexible and sophisticated approach, which allowed for easy integration with Epic and improved the patient experience, particularly in regards to booking appointments. One of our first major projects with Aha Media Group (AMG) was a complete redo of our association website. It was an easy, collaborative relationship from the start. Trumba has helped our large organization more efficiently manage online classes and events. It has streamlined the process and allows individual departments to self-manage and publish calendars without needing a web admin. Where Trumba excels is in customer service. Their team is always willing to help find solutions, take feedback and even edit the software if it helps. For example, they helped us during Covid when we needed a quick scheduling solution. On the technical side, Trumba syncs seamlessly to our site, is easy to customize and offers registration and payment in one system.

Overall, our experience with Trumba has been excellent! We chose them for several reasons. First, the service is easy to use and adaptable to our childbirth education program needs. Second, it's already in place in multiple hospitals similar to ours. Third, the cost was lower than other systems we considered. Plus, the Trumba support staff are friendly and responsive. They made it easy to get started and navigate its features.

After many months of vetting (likely) every healthcare CRM in the industry for my client, we landed on Welltok, Virgin Pulse’s platform. Welltok’s product was by far the most comprehensive and flexible to meet the needs of varying internal staffing resources and capabilities. Perhaps more importantly, the Welltok team was the most knowledgeable and forthcoming with solutions and best practices - everyone from Sales to Implementation to Client Services is steeped in both their technology AND in provider-side healthcare. This combination is more elusive than one might think and makes all the difference in a successful vendor partnership. Highly recommend.
