The decision to invest in Hyro's conversational AI was strategic and aimed at enhancing the website navigation, increasing accessibility for existing patients, and attracting new ones. Our team was impressed by Hyro's flexible and sophisticated approach, which allowed for easy integration with Epic and improved the patient experience, particularly in regards to booking appointments.
