Overall, our experience with Trumba has been excellent! We chose them for several reasons. First, the service is easy to use and adaptable to our childbirth education program needs. Second, it's already in place in multiple hospitals similar to ours. Third, the cost was lower than other systems we considered. Plus, the Trumba support staff are friendly and responsive. They made it easy to get started and navigate its features.

I worked with Aha Media for several years and what I appreciate most about the Aha team is their ability to scale from smaller needs to large-scale content overhauls. Healthcare is not an easy place to play in and they do a great job of staying organized and patient. They were always responsive and if you’re lucky to work with Mike, he will keep all of your projects moving forward.

We needed flexible web calendars for public website and Intranet. We researched the options and Trumba stood out. No one else came close to the flexibility and features they offer, especially at the low price they charge. Setup and support was excellent. Trumba should be at the top of your vendor list.

My experience with Aha Media Group has been exceptional. They do a great job of getting to know and understand their client before taking a deep dive and their work is always thorough, well-designed and easy to understand. The data and recommendations they have provide led to significant, and improved, process changes at our organization.

Disclosure: My podcast, DataPoint is on the Touch Point Media Network, but has been on hiatus since October 21. As a podcaster, I can vouch for the fact that the network provides truly exceptional support for the podcasts on the network, from production to promotion. I also believe that it provides outstanding value and service to its sponsors, who can leverage the network to reach a really tough audience: Healthcare executives.

We partnered with GLC after an extensive RFP process for our member magazine. The GLC team made an impressive pitch and had the healthcare expertise we were in search of in a new content partner. Our partnership began with the Q4 2019 edition and we've not looked back! We have a new logo and online content hub and receive great feedback from our members in reader surveys.

GLC has helped us take our healthcare publication to the next level. They are not just a vendor, they are a partner and help us to create a better magazine. Their team of creative professionals helped us institute better processes, streamline our workflows, and think outside the box. We are so happy with our results and can't wait to see where we go next with GLC!

Everyone on this team is an absolute delight to work with. They feel like a true extension of our team, taking on all projects (big and small) with positive energy and passion to do great work. We push each other to keep improving the content we are putting out there and I am incredibly grateful for the partnership. Although I am sure they have a number of competing priorities and clients, it always feels like our work comes first and gets full attention. An agency this great has been rare in my experience!

Linda has supported my firm for six plus years. Her work is so well done that it enhances my brand tremendously. From white papers to social media posts, Linda's firm has been a great asset for reaching my potential customers. I would highly recommend Strategic Communications to anyone who is looking for first rate communications and content.

I worked with Strategic Communications to help position me as a thought leader in an evolving space. As a small company that was an early adopter in this space, I really needed to have somebody that could help me lay out the strategy and then execute it.
We started with strategic planning where we mapped out what it would take to be a thought leader, what image I would want to develop, what types of social media and kinds of publications to use. They led the strategic planning two different times. One was just with my company and one was with a group of advisors. Then they helped execute the strategic plan with all of the communications, marketing, and social media strategies that we set forth. That included writing and helping keep up with my social media.
When I give them something, they grasp it quickly and get the job done efficiently. I rarely have to make any kind of changes to anything they submit. Their broader knowledge about setting strategy and strategic plans is probably what I find most impressive about them. Also, their ability to not only think on a high level but get down into the weeds and get the job done with attention to detail.
Take advantage of the ability that they can bring to the table to foster the strategic planning piece. Then do your part by giving them a strong foundation of adequate information about the business and about the goals that you want to achieve. I'm confident you'll get the results you're looking for.

Linda Pophal and her team at Strategic Communications are a true pleasure to work with. They are quick, yet extremely thorough, when creating market specific content and the best thing is I never have to worry about following-up—the project is turned in on time, every time!

We use Experity (formerly Clockwise.md) for our urgent care centers and are pleased with the results. Simple to set up, just a few days of tweaking settings and it was integrated. We’ve also used them for online scheduling. Recommended.

Mytonomy has visionary leaders who understand the importance of patient education and engagement as part of a digital front door strategy. They offer a deep library of microlearning videos that have been vetted by leading health organizations, with data supporting how their content improves health outcomes and reduces costs for providers. Mytonomy has its own video production studio with very experienced professionals -- production value is very high for both live action and animated content. Their patient-facing UI/UX is very intuitive -- when they call their service "Netflix for healthcare" that's spot on -- and encourages binge watching. Mytonomy's seamless integration with Epic makes it very easy for providers to assign content, and easy for patients to access video education via MyChart. They make great use of email and text messaging to keep patients engaged once they have activated Mytonomy-powered services. One thing to be aware of as you consider Mytonomy is that their product roadmap is very aggressive, and they push new features and functionality that may not necessarily be a good fit for every health organization. It is important to know your needs as be very direct with Mytonomy regarding expectations and project scope, because they will definitely push you to do more.

Drupal is an excellent choice for hospitals and health systems. It's open source, so it's free. There are a lot of plug-ins already available and PHP developers are widely available. It's a powerful CMS and open source systems are being adopted more each year.

I worked with Centretek to build an online provider directory, which went on to win an award. I was really impressed with how they took all of the data from our sources and designed the most user-friendly, clean, mobile-centric provider directory I've ever seen. I also worked with them to move our hosting to a more secure platform, which went flawlessly.
