Sherliee and the team at Coffey Communications have been nothing short of stellar. I chose Coffey for a complete website redesign and launch (it was a big job). They exceeded my expectations throughout the process. We had a couple of bumps in the road but Sherilee and her team were so incredibly organized and attentive in making everything great, I never worried the site wouldn't be as I and my leadership team wanted it. We launched in January 2020 and there has been no reduction in customer service. I highly recommend this company for a website launch and/or total overhaul.

Coffey Communications was our vendor of choice to redesign our website in 2018, and they exceeded our expectations in getting the site built with a short deadline for go-live. Their content management system is intuitive to use and built specifically for the healthcare industry, and we’re able to make most of the changes needed on a daily basis within our team. The support staff is very responsive in answering questions, advising and making additional, more complex, website changes, too. One item that was really important to us in the redesign process was having the ability to add mini-sites for physicians and clinics, and Coffey developed an easy-to-use custom template that we can build out and deploy with little assistance from them. We really enjoy working with Coffey and recommend them for your website needs.

I'm happy to endorse Coffey Communications as a web development company. I've actually had the pleasure to work with Coffey with two different hospital systems. Both times the team at Coffey has made the experience positive, seamless and exceptionally well coordinated. Despite the size and complicated process of combining multi websites into one site (and despite Covid and working from home for many of our experts), this project was completed on-time and on-budget! The web developers, content writers and project coordinator we fantastic and easy with which to work. Our content writing team demonstrated great patience and expertise when dealing with all levels of contributors on our team. Next time I'm in the market for a web developer I"ll call on Coffey. A final note, the back end of the system is very workable for my team and we can make changes efficiently and quickly. The modules are easy to maneuver and very adaptable.

I use Coffey Communications for our website, Facebook postings and our printed public newsletter. I give Coffey an A+ on all fronts. Just one of the reasons being is their level of customer service. They are, hands down, the best customer-service provider of all the organizations I deal with. They take their role of responding to my requests very seriously. I am very proud of our website and our printed publication. They both appear so professional--yet because of Coffey’s CMS and content libraries, that appearance is not dependent on my expertise in my one-person shop. As I have told others, "Coffey Communications makes me look good--to my CEO, our Board of Commissioners and the public at large." Coffey is one of my most important tools in my marketing toolbox.

Eruptr speaks our language. They specialize in healthcare, and they’ve all sat where I sit so I never have to waste time explaining the nuances of our complex industry. They understand the challenges hospital marketing teams face, especially those that are within conservative environments.
I’ve worked with agencies who deliver the vanity metrics – impressions, CTR, ad positioning, all of which are important – but they’ve never been able to deliver conversions, which are really what drive our business at the end of the day. With the Eruptr team’s expertise and recommendations, we’ve seen our campaign conversions multiply. We have access to a real-time dashboard so we can monitor the numbers as often as we want. Their detailed monthly reports are a huge asset, and they’re written in such a way that even the C-suite can understand them!
I’m not so sure I would call Eruptr a vendor. I actually see them as an extension of our marketing team, and they absolutely make us better.

We’ve been able to make significant changes in our office and in our clients’ offices through phone call recording. We’ve also been able to train new employees to answer the phone well and help our dentists determine their staffing needs. At the end of the day, especially in the dental world, so much business is done over the phone. If the phones aren’t answered correctly, the best marketing in the world isn’t going to grow the practice.

Hootsuite is our platform of choice for managing and tracking our social media accounts. We find Hootsuite easy to understand and to use for picking up on all sorts of chatter. Team members who didn't have any experience with a social media management platform were able to get onboard quickly and easily. However, Hootsuite did not use some of the industry-specific data sources such as Healthgrades and Vitals so not all our needs for reputation monitoring were met.
