Hootsuite is our platform of choice for managing and tracking our social media accounts. We find Hootsuite easy to understand and to use for picking up on all sorts of chatter. Team members who didn't have any experience with a social media management platform were able to get onboard quickly and easily. However, Hootsuite did not use some of the industry-specific data sources such as Healthgrades and Vitals so not all our needs for reputation monitoring were met.

Not the best but not the worst. Met our needs but then we outgrew the service and needed a more robust suite of tools.
