We’ve been able to make significant changes in our office and in our clients’ offices through phone call recording. We’ve also been able to train new employees to answer the phone well and help our dentists determine their staffing needs. At the end of the day, especially in the dental world, so much business is done over the phone. If the phones aren’t answered correctly, the best marketing in the world isn’t going to grow the practice.
