We’ve been able to make significant changes in our office and in our clients’ offices through phone call recording. We’ve also been able to train new employees to answer the phone well and help our dentists determine their staffing needs. At the end of the day, especially in the dental world, so much business is done over the phone. If the phones aren’t answered correctly, the best marketing in the world isn’t going to grow the practice.

True North Custom managed some content marketing campaigns for peer-to-peer provider content, including a quarterly print and online newsletter, and a couple of annual reports. Localist filled a very specific, narrow need very well. We required a calendar page that allowed people to sign up for events and also integrated with Eventbrite. Localist was the answer to that challenge. Their tagging feature was tremendously helpful for scheduling hundreds of staff and internal events, and for managing events people didn’t need to sign up for.

We are just over six months into our journey with Healthgrades and their CRM and PRM, and while it's been challenging as everybody warned us it would be, the responsiveness of the Healthgrades team has been impressive. We keep making progress and are at the point where we're comfortable enough to share our results with our Finance team for validation, and that's a major accomplishment. We wouldn't be where we are without a lot of help from Healthgrades.
