I worked with Centretek to build an online provider directory, which went on to win an award. I was really impressed with how they took all of the data from our sources and designed the most user-friendly, clean, mobile-centric provider directory I've ever seen. I also worked with them to move our hosting to a more secure platform, which went flawlessly.

We have the pleasure of working with Wainscot on our community magazine, and decided to use them for a book celebrating Clara Maass Medical Center’s 150th anniversary. Wainscot was able to pull together information from many different sources, and organize everything including chapter ideas, interviews, writing, reviews, design and production. When I received the printed book, I had just one word: WOW! The book makes our hospital look really good, the senior leadership team loves it, and we could not be happier with our experience.

In the early days of digital marketing, I engaged them for our first distribution of a digital annual report. We were struggling with the various pieces involved and if it should be in-house. We ultimately went to True North who came up with some very creative ideas. Not only did we do an annual report, but we produced a whole digital marketing campaign to promote the report. The distribution out to our many stakeholders was not the report itself, but a clickable promotion for the report available for download. It was very unique at its time. The level of creativity and integrated marketing was really impressive and very important to us.

Eruptr speaks our language. They specialize in healthcare, and they’ve all sat where I sit so I never have to waste time explaining the nuances of our complex industry. They understand the challenges hospital marketing teams face, especially those that are within conservative environments.
I’ve worked with agencies who deliver the vanity metrics – impressions, CTR, ad positioning, all of which are important – but they’ve never been able to deliver conversions, which are really what drive our business at the end of the day. With the Eruptr team’s expertise and recommendations, we’ve seen our campaign conversions multiply. We have access to a real-time dashboard so we can monitor the numbers as often as we want. Their detailed monthly reports are a huge asset, and they’re written in such a way that even the C-suite can understand them!
I’m not so sure I would call Eruptr a vendor. I actually see them as an extension of our marketing team, and they absolutely make us better.

It was a pleasure to work with Wainscot Media. We engaged them for approx 5 years for the publication of a brand magazine for our hospital. The product was a beautiful 52-page publication and a total collaborative effort. While we provided our content and photographs, WM was invaluable in keeping us to a publication schedule, ensuring we made our deadline for publication and mailing. They even offered valuable readership information via a survey they facilitated. Everyone we worked with their on a regular basis was very pleasant to work with and the product was something we gladly showed around the community.

True North Custom managed some content marketing campaigns for peer-to-peer provider content, including a quarterly print and online newsletter, and a couple of annual reports. The content was excellent. They really understand the requirements of the different audiences involved in healthcare and what content to provide for each.

Many providers were worried that appointments would be scheduled inappropriately, however, we were able to put together rules and logic to prevent this. Overall both patients and providers have been very happy with improved access while making sure appointments are scheduled correctly.

I have known Carl Olsen and Wainscot (Previously Dowden) for many years and they have created outstanding creative content solutions from Newsletters, Magazines, Patient Journeys, eNewsletters to recent content audit and refresh.
