We use Experity (formerly Clockwise.md) for our urgent care centers and are pleased with the results. Simple to set up, just a few days of tweaking settings and it was integrated. We’ve also used them for online scheduling. Recommended.

Localist filled a very specific, narrow need very well. We required a calendar page that allowed people to sign up for events and also integrated with Eventbrite. Localist was the answer to that challenge. Their tagging feature was tremendously helpful for scheduling hundreds of staff and internal events, and for managing events people didn’t need to sign up for.

Many providers were worried that appointments would be scheduled inappropriately, however, we were able to put together rules and logic to prevent this. Overall both patients and providers have been very happy with improved access while making sure appointments are scheduled correctly.
