Much has been written about the impact of disruptors on healthcare. From technology companies and startups to giant retailers, there are new “front doors” to primary and urgent care. While hospital and health system leaders have their own opinions/perspectives, what do consumers and providers actually think about these “new” options? A national original research study (updated for 2023!) of more than 1,000 consumers, along with a look at consumer and provider behavior online, takes a close look at how people are thinking about their options, and potentially fundamentally shifting how they think about their care.
