Core will present the findings of a new national survey of 1,500 healthcare consumers. The study illuminates segments of consumers based on style of decision making, and the relative importance of key consumer drivers of healthcare choice such as quality, access, innovation, caring and personalization. Examples of brands positioning themselves effectively to meet top consumer desires will be discussed. Participants will receive a tool they can use to incorporate the strategic implications of the research as they build or refine positioning and messaging strategies for their brands.
