Trumba has been an incredible asset for our large organization. Their platform has significantly improved our class and event management efficiency. During the pandemic, they were a reliable partner, providing quick and effective solutions. We can't speak highly enough of Trumba's contributions to our operations.

Coffey Communications has been our Print Publication vendor for several years. We absolutely love their work, so they made the shortlist during our website re-design vendor selection process and were eventually chosen as our new vendor to re-design our website and team member portal. From the very beginning stages of planning, throughout implementation and launch, they were professional, creative, reliable, available, and absolutely fantastic to work with. I've spearheaded two full website/team member portal redesigns in my career with the Health System and countless technology implementations, and by far, this redesign with Coffey Communications was the smoothest and most efficient major project working with a vendor that I've ever experienced. We were given a very strict timeline per our leadership team to complete the project in six months, and Coffey Communications delivered. I was consistently impressed through every stage of the process: they were organized while planning, thorough in their content and analytics audits, thoughtful in their designs, and knowledgeable in their copywriting and SEO. I couldn't have been more pleased with their attention to detail, drive, focus, and commitment to making this project a success. The only hiccup (minor) in the entire project was working with our Information Systems (IS) department. Coffey performed an integration with our Active Directory for the team member portal logins, a connection that we never had before. As launch day approached, additional coding was needed to secure the connection (a requirement given to Coffey by our IS team) and it required an extra day of work before launch. Literally, one day. I've participated in projects where hiccups in coding delayed projects for months, but Coffey's open communication and assurances were backed up by skillful action. I couldn't be more impressed. Their CMS is user-friendly. Their support team is fast and reliable. And their dedication to ADA compliance is impressive. I'm thrilled to continue our relationship with them in both the print publication and the website, and my entire team looks forward to many more years of enjoying their stellar service.

Trumba has helped our large organization more efficiently manage online classes and events. It has streamlined the process and allows individual departments to self-manage and publish calendars without needing a web admin. Where Trumba excels is in customer service. Their team is always willing to help find solutions, take feedback and even edit the software if it helps. For example, they helped us during Covid when we needed a quick scheduling solution. On the technical side, Trumba syncs seamlessly to our site, is easy to customize and offers registration and payment in one system.

Overall, our experience with Trumba has been excellent! We chose them for several reasons. First, the service is easy to use and adaptable to our childbirth education program needs. Second, it's already in place in multiple hospitals similar to ours. Third, the cost was lower than other systems we considered. Plus, the Trumba support staff are friendly and responsive. They made it easy to get started and navigate its features.

We needed flexible web calendars for public website and Intranet. We researched the options and Trumba stood out. No one else came close to the flexibility and features they offer, especially at the low price they charge. Setup and support was excellent. Trumba should be at the top of your vendor list.

Mytonomy has visionary leaders who understand the importance of patient education and engagement as part of a digital front door strategy. They offer a deep library of microlearning videos that have been vetted by leading health organizations, with data supporting how their content improves health outcomes and reduces costs for providers. Mytonomy has its own video production studio with very experienced professionals -- production value is very high for both live action and animated content. Their patient-facing UI/UX is very intuitive -- when they call their service "Netflix for healthcare" that's spot on -- and encourages binge watching. Mytonomy's seamless integration with Epic makes it very easy for providers to assign content, and easy for patients to access video education via MyChart. They make great use of email and text messaging to keep patients engaged once they have activated Mytonomy-powered services. One thing to be aware of as you consider Mytonomy is that their product roadmap is very aggressive, and they push new features and functionality that may not necessarily be a good fit for every health organization. It is important to know your needs as be very direct with Mytonomy regarding expectations and project scope, because they will definitely push you to do more.

Thanks to Healthgrades, consumers can find information about a provider and book an appointment right from their profile page. In addition, physicians can personalize their profiles with photos and videos to introduce themselves to patients which in turn enables a deep connection with consumers who are making appointments.

Our marketing team is very committed to our providers because we are among the first people at our institution to interact with them. By showing providers how they will be visible on our site, we're able to establish trusted relationships and obtain buy-in.

Parts of Healthgrades worked well for us initially. However, as our organization became more sophisticated in our need for segmentation and analytics data, we required a more robust tool. We had some difficulty making it meet our needs.

We are just over six months into our journey with Healthgrades and their CRM and PRM, and while it's been challenging as everybody warned us it would be, the responsiveness of the Healthgrades team has been impressive. We keep making progress and are at the point where we're comfortable enough to share our results with our Finance team for validation, and that's a major accomplishment. We wouldn't be where we are without a lot of help from Healthgrades.

I have had the pleasure of bringing SiteImprove into three different health systems and they have been a key cog in each of my team's QA processes. I can't speak highly enough of their platform for QA and WCAG compliance. The interface is easy to use, the reports are insanely thorough and the whole platform makes it easy to find very granular issues at either a site-wide or page-specific level. If you're running a healthcare provider property with at least a couple thousand pages and you're not using SiteImprove, I highly recommend signing up for a demo. Chances are, what you'll uncover with a sample scan of just 100 pages will quickly have you looking for room in your budget for this.
