Casual Astronaut developed a content strategy for our redesigned website. They began by conducting an audit of 10,000 existing pages and then making recommendations regarding what content to keep and what to discard. Their process was methodical and data-driven with relation to search terms used by consumers. In addition to making their recommendations, they wrote more than 200 pages of content. We would use them again.

Parts of Healthgrades worked well for us initially. However, as our organization became more sophisticated in our need for segmentation and analytics data, we required a more robust tool. We had some difficulty making it meet our needs.

Doe-Anderson is absolutely customer-first focused. I believe we may have been one of their first healthcare clients. I have known Carl Olsen and Wainscot (Previously Dowden) for many years and they have created outstanding creative content solutions from Newsletters, Magazines, Patient Journeys, eNewsletters to recent content audit and refresh. We are just over six months into our journey with Healthgrades and their CRM and PRM, and while it's been challenging as everybody warned us it would be, the responsiveness of the Healthgrades team has been impressive. We keep making progress and are at the point where we're comfortable enough to share our results with our Finance team for validation, and that's a major accomplishment.
