In late 2019, Northwell Health launched a new digital patient experience (DPX) including a bespoke mobile app that provides appointment booking, the ability to find physicians and locations, unified billing and a personalized experience. Since launching, Northwell has worked to build a scalable model to evaluate the current patient experience and to understand how to improve on it. Learn how Northwell makes product decisions to enhance this experience through metrics and user feedback.
