Jamey Shiels is the System Vice President for Consumer & Digital Experience at Advocate Aurora Health Care, one of the 10 largest not-for-profit, integrated health systems in the United States. In his role, Jamey is responsible for leading the creation and delivery of an end-to-end consumer experience and digital transformation roadmap designed to actively engage consumers in their healthcare journey and strengthen their relationship with their care providers. Jamey has 20 years of corporate and agency experience in marketing, digital and social business strategy, developing integrated communications programs for Fortune 500 brands and an international non-profit. He also serves as an instructor for Digital Marketing and Social Media courses for the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Jamey holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA with a focus in Information Technology Innovation and Management.

Leigh Ann Bogran - Lead, Physician Practice Marketing Specialist

Leigh Ann Bogran has 15+ in the Marketing and Communication industry with experience in corporate communications, project management, digital advertising, and business development. With LCMC Health, she leads the marketing and communication efforts for the system’s employed physicians and practices. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, she’s coordinated and lead the efforts of patient communications tied to patient safety, community awareness and most recently the launch of LCMC Health’s virtual care initiative.

Rachel Donovan is the Managing Director of Marketing Strategy for Nemours Children’s Health System. With her 20 years of demonstrated experience within both single and multi-hospital systems, Donovan has the proven ability to lead teams to implement transformational marketing strategies. Donovan’s expertise lies in growing brand equity, launching and re-positioning brands through driving audience engagement and acquisition, and integrating new and innovative marketing channels with new technologies. Prior to Nemours, Donovan was the Senior Director of Referral Development at Penn Medicine and before that, Senior Marketing Manager at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
