Jamey Shiels is the System Vice President for Consumer & Digital Experience at Advocate Aurora Health Care, one of the 10 largest not-for-profit, integrated health systems in the United States. In his role, Jamey is responsible for leading the creation and delivery of an end-to-end consumer experience and digital transformation roadmap designed to actively engage consumers in their healthcare journey and strengthen their relationship with their care providers. Jamey has 20 years of corporate and agency experience in marketing, digital and social business strategy, developing integrated communications programs for Fortune 500 brands and an international non-profit. He also serves as an instructor for Digital Marketing and Social Media courses for the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Jamey holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA with a focus in Information Technology Innovation and Management.
At Advocate Aurora Health, Murray Friedman is Director of a team focused on using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for the Illinois and Wisconsin markets. Murray taps various technologies and systems to strategically market healthcare services through mostly digital marketing channels with a focus on email. He does this with the intent to grow and retain new and existing customer relationships. Based on the foundation of Advocate Aurora's brand plus strategic and marketing plans, Murray and his team create and execute comprehensive, multi-service line, strategic CRM plans to engage consumers. Before Advocate Aurora Health, Murray worked as the Senior Vice President of Retail Marketing at Associated Bank.
Gary Druckenmiller, Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Healthgrades. With almost 25 years of digital "makeover" efforts behind him, he advises health system leaders on optimizing growth through smarter patient acquisition and retention, by executing proven strategies that find, guide, and keep patients for life. Gary joins Healthgrades through their acquisition of Evariant. For over a decade, Gary served as the lead business strategist, digital marketing thought leader and C-level executive sponsor for Evariant enterprise clients. Prior to Evariant and Healthgrades, Gary served in various digital marketing executive roles at Harte-Hanks, Timex, and Swiss Army Brands, responsible for transformational strategy and technology including major brand rehabs, digital & social media, CRM, call centers, and analytics. Gary has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
