As we near the end of this decade, digital marketing continues to become more prevalent and sophisticated in healthcare. It is often hard for marketers to keep up with the pace of change, but it is increasingly important for marketers and digital teams to understand the landscape - what it looks like now, and how it is evolving.
To that end, in 2015 Greystone.Net and Klein & Partners developed and administered its first annual survey to assess the current state of digital marketing in the healthcare space. The results of that survey were reported in The State of Digital Marketing in Healthcare in 2015 and a white paper was released in November 2015.
We conducted our second and third annual surveys in 2016 and 2017, and now we are on wave four!
The results from this survey represent an effort to better understand the overall relationship between healthcare and digital marketing.
