I worked with Hero Digital's Manyunk (Philadelphia) office. I brought them in to help with a multi-hospital Drupal-based website group that had severe reliability issues. The backend team at Hero was able to quickly solve the problem and our reliability issues were eliminated.
After that, we started on a series of website redesign programs that all went exceedingly well. Each iteration was an improvement over the one before it as Hero helped us change our focus to usability and the patient experience.
Hero also continually improve our efforts with SEO and digital marketing. One of the things they did that I liked best is that they would teach members of my team how to do more in SEO and digital marketing.
