The Forum for Healthcare Strategists recently partnered with Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock, a healthcare strategic communications consultancy, to survey marketing and communications leaders about their COVID journey and what’s next.
The survey responses revealed that, while healthcare marketing and communications leaders are incredibly proud of their teams’ efforts, 70 percent are taking a strategic look at their internal communications efforts and team structure to optimize efficiencies, content, and channels and to promote scale. Another significant priority is to leverage the momentum and influence gained by their teams during the pandemic.
