We've worked with SPM for almost 10 years, and it's been a good relationship from the start. Before they came in, our marketing efforts were far too tactical and reactionary. One of the most important things SPM did was move us to an always-on strategy. One of their critical strengths is their deep experience with the healthcare vertical, especially the various needs of the healthcare consumer. From awareness through to point of decision, they understand our audience.Marketing Strategy - SPM provides deep expertise in the healthcare consumer and they don't take any shortcuts. They regularly interview our key executive stakeholders to inform our brand direction and then synthesize findings into an overall strategy. Then move forward from there.  They bring an excellent ability to talk to and manage clinical and administrative leadership. It's so valuable to have a partner who knows how to navigate strong opinions and sometimes differing points of view. From the boardroom to clinical leadership, their ability to understand the healthcare landscape internally is key. We use SPM for all strategic planning, campaign development, and traditional media planning/buying. In addition, they collaborate with our internal teams and other agency partners to bring integrated ideas and recommendations forward.  SPM gets our highest recommendation.
