With a wide array of experience within Henry Ford Health System and beyond, Abby offers the Henry Ford Physician Network a rich reservoir of skills and qualifications. Prior to joining the HFPN team, Abby supported several System Redesign and Transformation projects within the Henry Ford Pharmacy and Security teams to deliver systemwide cost savings. Abby has used her Master Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma and process efficiency in the Energy, Finance, and IT fields outside of the health care industry. Bringing together a team to operationalize a business strategy based on data is one of Abby’s strengths. Abby’s years of experience outside of health care has assisted Henry Ford in recognizing new and efficient ways to execute on the data solutions available to the health care system.
