This COVID-19 Symptom Checker tool, based on guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is designed to help individuals assess their COVID-19 risk. The assessment guides users through six symptom-related questions and provides helpful information and guidance, including an overall “risk score” to help determine whether they should seek additional care and suggested actions to take.
