Coronavirus Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients

Healthcare Success remains fully operational and open for business despite the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken the proper precautions to ensure that there is no disruption in the level of service we provide to our clients, while also working to protect the safety of our employees. Starting March 12, 2020, we directed the entire Healthcare Success team to work remotely until it is safe for us to return to our headquarters. Our cloud-based technologies are ideally suited for us to be fully operational during this temporary working arrangement.

Our business hours of operation will not change, and we will continue to fulfill our clients’ needs as we always have. Working closely with our internal team, we have verified the following:

• Client data will remain protected and secure, as always
• All communication systems are open and accessible
• Only company-approved devices may be used for work related to campaign and customer management.
