The Strategy House, located just outside of Atlanta in historic Roswell, provides expertise to hospitals, physician groups and other healthcare providers in strategy development and board retreats, strategic medical staff development, alignment and integration planning, and certificate of need (CON) application and litigation support. Our work can be described as the fusion of intuition and data. We represent the point at which art and science converge in strategic planning, relying on the intuition of the organization's leadership equally as much as data.
