I worked with Hero Digital's Manyunk (Philadelphia) office. I brought them in to help with a multi-hospital Drupal-based website group that had severe reliability issues. The backend team at Hero was able to quickly solve the problem and our reliability issues were eliminated.After that, we started on a series of website redesign programs that all went exceedingly well. Each iteration was an improvement over the one before it as Hero helped us change our focus to usability and the patient experience. Hero also continually improve our efforts with SEO and digital marketing. One of the things they did that I liked best is that they would teach members of my team how to do more in SEO and digital marketing. Then as members of my team were able to take over some functions, we were able to take the next step with Hero. The team at Hero was very cooperative, capable and easy-to-work-with, and kept every project on track. I recommend them highly.

I've worked with this group (although not in a healthcare setting). They were great at helping to design our site but the development end left a lot to be desired. It was also difficult to reach them before 10 am Central time, as they were on the West Coast.
