Graphcom's signage has really impressed us. The Cancer Center team has been buzzing with compliments on how much our leadership and doctors appreciate the donor signage. It was a substantial project, but the results are fantastic! The aesthetics are sharp and clean.

We were seeking a more refined way to handle our data and consolidate it from various sources. Google Data Studio had some limitations – it wasn't user-friendly for crafting custom queries, constructing query tables, or conducting intricate data analysis. Zoho Analytics, on the other hand, simplified this process considerably.

Zoho Analytics has been instrumental in our remote management approach. It's like having a virtual command center that guides our focus and efforts without needing to physically check on everyone. Going remote has accelerated our tech advancements by a solid year. At present, we're actively exploring mergers and acquisitions, witnessing significant growth, and sitting comfortably on a substantial cash reserve.

Thanks to Healthgrades, consumers can find information about a provider and book an appointment right from their profile page. In addition, physicians can personalize their profiles with photos and videos to introduce themselves to patients which in turn enables a deep connection with consumers who are making appointments.

We are just over six months into our journey with Healthgrades and their CRM and PRM, and while it's been challenging as everybody warned us it would be, the responsiveness of the Healthgrades team has been impressive. We keep making progress and are at the point where we're comfortable enough to share our results with our Finance team for validation, and that's a major accomplishment. We wouldn't be where we are without a lot of help from Healthgrades.
