Our hospital and associated clinics/specialty departments (13 total, two new clinics coming soon) recently went through a rebrand, and we needed a new website. Although our prior site was only three years old, it looked dated and had multiple functionality issues, so we felt the need to work with a new company. I came across other health care websites that Coffey Communications had done, and after our first meeting with them, knew I wanted to work with them on this project. Their experience, level of expertise, and professionalism surpassed even what I already knew would be a good experience working with them. As someone who's managed multiple rebrands for large companies, I've managed numerous website projects from start to finish. I appreciate an uber-organized project and process and Coffey Communications was on top of everything. From every interaction to the flowmap platform to upload our content for them, was so impressive. Our new site is beautiful, easy to navigate, I've had multiple compliments from patients and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Coffey Communications for future projects.

We use Experity (formerly Clockwise.md) for our urgent care centers and are pleased with the results. Simple to set up, just a few days of tweaking settings and it was integrated. We’ve also used them for online scheduling. Recommended.

One of the first in the industry to offer this service with services that are now standard by other vendors. Our sales rep stretched the truth to put it mildly, so that was not welcome. Their pricing is by location, so our organization grew to the point that the service was overpriced for what we needed and we now use another vendor.

Coffey Communications was our vendor of choice to redesign our website in 2018, and they exceeded our expectations in getting the site built with a short deadline for go-live. Their content management system is intuitive to use and built specifically for the healthcare industry, and we’re able to make most of the changes needed on a daily basis within our team. The support staff is very responsive in answering questions, advising and making additional, more complex, website changes, too. One item that was really important to us in the redesign process was having the ability to add mini-sites for physicians and clinics, and Coffey developed an easy-to-use custom template that we can build out and deploy with little assistance from them. We really enjoy working with Coffey and recommend them for your website needs.

Reputation.com enables us to aggregate reviews in a dashboard for easier management and to provide us with a more complete story about the patient experience, ensure that communication remains open and address concerns as quickly as possible. We love the ability to respond directly to our reviewers from within the platform. We rely heavily on Reputation.com Insights, and we’re leveraging the platform’s Business Listings module to manage all of our location listings and ensure all the data is correct and up to date. Reputation.com is a one-stop-shop for us. We can run our entire reputation management program right from within its dashboard.

There are a lot of reputation management companies out there. Reputation.com falls in the middle of the pack. Their tools and systems are good for organizations looking to manage their online listings and also generate high-level analytics for the reviews. Their support team isn't as effective. But the good news is their price point reflects their position in the marketplace: in the middle.
