I worked with Geonetric in my role as director of digital marketing at a regional health system. Geonetric's CMS was reliable, robust, and easy to use. When I started at the system, the website was already in place. I was able to immediately begin using the CMS with no training. When I did run into a roadblock caused by my lack of knowledge, it was always easy to get the help I needed from Geonetric's customer support. They were always quick to respond and helped me quickly solve my problem. We did not use any of their other services so I cannot comment on them. I was very happy with the services we did use and would recommend that anyone looking for a new CMS consider Geonetric's offerings.

We have the pleasure of working with Wainscot on our community magazine, and decided to use them for a book celebrating Clara Maass Medical Center’s 150th anniversary. Wainscot was able to pull together information from many different sources, and organize everything including chapter ideas, interviews, writing, reviews, design and production. When I received the printed book, I had just one word: WOW! The book makes our hospital look really good, the senior leadership team loves it, and we could not be happier with our experience.

In addition, physicians can personalize their profiles with photos and videos to introduce themselves to patients which in turn enables a deep connection with consumers who are making appointments.

It was a pleasure to work with Wainscot Media. We engaged them for approx 5 years for the publication of a brand magazine for our hospital. The product was a beautiful 52-page publication and a total collaborative effort. While we provided our content and photographs, WM was invaluable in keeping us to a publication schedule, ensuring we made our deadline for publication and mailing. They even offered valuable readership information via a survey they facilitated. Everyone we worked with their on a regular basis was very pleasant to work with and the product was something we gladly showed around the community.

We used NRC Health to gather patient survey data and publish provider ratings and reviews. They scrubbed the data before it even made it into our self-developed management platform which saved us a great deal of time. We needed a service that could supply the data in a way that fit our current needs and would be flexible as those needs changed. NRC did a good job in that respect.

Many providers were worried that appointments would be scheduled inappropriately, however, we were able to put together rules and logic to prevent this. Overall both patients and providers have been very happy with improved access while making sure appointments are scheduled correctly.
