Disclosure: My podcast, DataPoint is on the Touch Point Media Network, but has been on hiatus since October 21. I worked with Geonetric in my role as director of digital marketing at a regional health system. Geonetric's CMS was reliable, robust, and easy to use. When I started at the system, the website was already in place. I was able to immediately begin using the CMS with no training. When I did run into a roadblock caused by my lack of knowledge, it was always easy to get the help I needed from Geonetric's customer support. They were always quick to respond and helped me quickly solve my problem. We did not use any of their other services so I cannot comment on them. I was very happy with the services we did use and would recommend that anyone looking for a new CMS consider Geonetric's offerings.

Geonetric is our vendor for choice for website design and development since 2013. We have undertaken two redesigns with them and they keep getting better! They support our small team with the resources and support to stay on top of the latest digital trends and strategies. That is invaluable in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape. Their CMS software not only easy to learn and built for healthcare marketers. They have a great company culture and it shows in all the work they do. I wouldn't bother checking out any other vendors. Geonetric has everything your team needs to be successful.

I hired the Berndt Group to assist with a technical audit/assessment, as well as a information architecture project, and have found them to be very knowledgable of not only best practices in website and content strategy, but they also have a deep understanding of the hospital/health system space and leveraged this knowledge to help quickly assess and make recommendations to support our future state.
