We worked with Loyal for years and they were an exceptional partner. Innovating along side our internal team, proactively providing insights and evolving the products with our input. In a new feature at the time, we created an intake flow for a single service line that paid for the entire cost of working with Loyal. The team is exceptional, the product is exceptional. I can't recommend them more highly.

The decision to invest in Hyro's conversational AI was strategic and aimed at enhancing the website navigation, increasing accessibility for existing patients, and attracting new ones. Our team was impressed by Hyro's flexible and sophisticated approach, which allowed for easy integration with Epic and improved the patient experience, particularly in regards to booking appointments. The ease of adding and scaling new use cases with minimal maintenance required from the client side has made Hyro increasingly valuable in the current digital landscape.

Many providers were worried that appointments would be scheduled inappropriately, however, we were able to put together rules and logic to prevent this. Overall both patients and providers have been very happy with improved access while making sure appointments are scheduled correctly.
