I've had the good fortune to have worked with Rob from both the agency and provider/client perspectives, and have valued the comprehensive approach to evaluating, measuring and tracking brand equity through the BRANDengine lens. Rob's methodology goes beyond mere awareness and preference to truly understand the factors that impact "attraction" (acquisition) and "attachment" (loyalty/retention). I highly recommend Moving Minds! I have had the pleasure to work side by side with Lou & Kathryn Hughes of Moving Minds under a few different contracts over the years. They are tenacious leaders as they ran multiple projects that I was involved with them as a client. Keeping a keen eye on the entire projects from beginning to end, they are natural leaders who have a rare skill set of bringing out the best production and creativity in all that they take on.
