I worked with Strategic Communications to help position me as a thought leader in an evolving space. As a small company that was an early adopter in this space, I really needed to have somebody that could help me lay out the strategy and then execute it.
We started with strategic planning where we mapped out what it would take to be a thought leader, what image I would want to develop, what types of social media and kinds of publications to use. They led the strategic planning two different times. One was just with my company and one was with a group of advisors. Then they helped execute the strategic plan with all of the communications, marketing, and social media strategies that we set forth. That included writing and helping keep up with my social media.
When I give them something, they grasp it quickly and get the job done efficiently. I rarely have to make any kind of changes to anything they submit. Their broader knowledge about setting strategy and strategic plans is probably what I find most impressive about them. Also, their ability to not only think on a high level but get down into the weeds and get the job done with attention to detail.
Take advantage of the ability that they can bring to the table to foster the strategic planning piece. Then do your part by giving them a strong foundation of adequate information about the business and about the goals that you want to achieve. I'm confident you'll get the results you're looking for.

We've worked with SPM for almost 10 years, and it's been a good relationship from the start. Before they came in, our marketing efforts were far too tactical and reactionary. One of the most important things SPM did was move us to an always-on strategy. One of their critical strengths is their deep experience with the healthcare vertical, especially the various needs of the healthcare consumer. From awareness through to point of decision, they understand our audience.
Marketing Strategy - SPM provides deep expertise in the healthcare consumer and they don't take any shortcuts. They regularly interview our key executive stakeholders to inform our brand direction and then synthesize findings into an overall strategy. Then move forward from there.
They bring an excellent ability to talk to and manage clinical and administrative leadership. It's so valuable to have a partner who knows how to navigate strong opinions and sometimes differing points of view. From the boardroom to clinical leadership, their ability to understand the healthcare landscape internally is key.
We use SPM for all strategic planning, campaign development, and traditional media planning/buying. In addition, they collaborate with our internal teams and other agency partners to bring integrated ideas and recommendations forward.

We've worked with Jane Winsor over the past 15 years on both small-scale projects such as internal employee communications to service line ad campaigns to producing TV ads. Jane is a very talented individual and a great listener, which is vital for a healthcare marketing person. She immerses herself in an organization and really gets to know them before developing the creative aspects of a campaign. Jane also has a large network of other professionals who are equally talented. Stephanie and the team she brought were fantastic! They essentially functioned as an extension of our internal team, quickly grasping our objectives and proposing effective, attractive solutions. We partnered with Coffey Communications on both the content creation for our website, as well as the redesign of the site itself at the launch of a new health system brand. Coffey did a great job for us, and continues to provide key advice and assistance on daily and weekly projects. As a team they are responsive, proactive and collaborative, working closely with us on projects ranging from content optimization, reporting on how our site is performing in search specific to services and locations, and adding landing pages and sub-sites as requested. We are pleased with our ability to make changes in the CMS on our own, but also rely on the Coffey team to turn around edits and changes quickly, which they do. We can count on them to support our marketing team as we report on the website’s success internally, too. I highly recommend working with Coffey Communications.

Sherliee and the team at Coffey Communications have been nothing short of stellar. I chose Coffey for a complete website redesign and launch (it was a big job). They exceeded my expectations throughout the process. We had a couple of bumps in the road but Sherilee and her team were so incredibly organized and attentive in making everything great, I never worried the site wouldn't be as I and my leadership team wanted it. We launched in January 2020 and there has been no reduction in customer service. I highly recommend this company for a website launch and/or total overhaul.

Coffey Communications was our vendor of choice to redesign our website in 2018, and they exceeded our expectations in getting the site built with a short deadline for go-live. Their content management system is intuitive to use and built specifically for the healthcare industry, and we’re able to make most of the changes needed on a daily basis within our team. The support staff is very responsive in answering questions, advising and making additional, more complex, website changes, too. One item that was really important to us in the redesign process was having the ability to add mini-sites for physicians and clinics, and Coffey developed an easy-to-use custom template that we can build out and deploy with little assistance from them. We really enjoy working with Coffey and recommend them for your website needs.

I'm happy to endorse Coffey Communications as a web development company. I've actually had the pleasure to work with Coffey with two different hospital systems. Both times the team at Coffey has made the experience positive, seamless and exceptionally well coordinated. Despite the size and complicated process of combining multi websites into one site (and despite Covid and working from home for many of our experts), this project was completed on-time and on-budget! The web developers, content writers and project coordinator we fantastic and easy with which to work. Our content writing team demonstrated great patience and expertise when dealing with all levels of contributors on our team. Next time I'm in the market for a web developer I"ll call on Coffey. A final note, the back end of the system is very workable for my team and we can make changes efficiently and quickly. The modules are easy to maneuver and very adaptable.

I use Coffey Communications for our website, Facebook postings and our printed public newsletter. I give Coffey an A+ on all fronts. Just one of the reasons being is their level of customer service.
