Working with Social Driver was an amazing experience. I was new to focusing on social media in the professional space, and the team we worked with was so good, most of my professional life since has pivoted to focusing on social media. Anthony and his team made sure to do deep dives into the needs of children's hospitals and their audience. Social Driver relaunched our patient-facing website at the American Academy of Physicians in 2017. They continue to manage ongoing development of the site. They upgraded the functionality to be appealing and searchable for patients and caregivers. They spurred us to add interactive elements, such as polls and surveys, and worked to help us integrate video, as well. They listened carefully to our needs and were responsive to our processes while offering thought leadership and best practices.

Our hospital and associated clinics/specialty departments (13 total, two new clinics coming soon) recently went through a rebrand, and we needed a new website. Although our prior site was only three years old, it looked dated and had multiple functionality issues, so we felt the need to work with a new company. I came across other health care websites that Coffey Communications had done, and after our first meeting with them, knew I wanted to work with them on this project. Their experience, level of expertise, and professionalism surpassed even what I already knew would be a good experience working with them. As someone who's managed multiple rebrands for large companies, I've managed numerous website projects from start to finish. I appreciate an uber-organized project and process and Coffey Communications was on top of everything. From every interaction to the flowmap platform to upload our content for them, was so impressive. Our new site is beautiful, easy to navigate, I've had multiple compliments from patients and staff. Coffey Communications has been great to work with. They made the transition from our previous web vendor to them extremely easy. I worked with Strategic Communications to help position me as a thought leader in an evolving space. As a small company that was an early adopter in this space, I really needed to have somebody that could help me lay out the strategy and then execute it.
We started with strategic planning where we mapped out what it would take to be a thought leader, what image I would want to develop, what types of social media and kinds of publications to use. They led the strategic planning two different times. One was just with my company and one was with a group of advisors. Then they helped execute the strategic plan with all of the communications, marketing, and social media strategies that we set forth. That included writing and helping keep up with my social media.
When I give them something, they grasp it quickly and get the job done efficiently. I rarely have to make any kind of changes to anything they submit. Their broader knowledge about setting strategy and strategic plans is probably what I find most impressive about them. Also, their ability to not only think on a high level but get down into the weeds and get the job done with attention to detail.
Take advantage of the ability that they can bring to the table to foster the strategic planning piece. Then do your part by giving them a strong foundation of adequate information about the business and about the goals that you want to achieve. I'm confident you'll get the results you're looking for.
