Alexandria Cruey is the Director of Marketing & Communications for Fisher-Titus, an independent not-for-profit community health system that provides care for the 70,000 residents of Norwalk, Huron County, and north central Ohio. Alex has 20 years of marketing experience with 11 of those being in health care. She has worked in every facet from advertising and public relations to social media and web. She has overseen two website redesigns in her career. In her current role, she leads the planning and development of all strategic marketing, public relations, and communications programs for the health system, including brand stewardship, internal and external communications, community outreach, media strategy and advertising, physician communications, and crisis communications.

As manager of the digital presence for East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Barry oversees all aspects of the etch.com website, as well as content control over all of the hospital’s Social Media Channels. He served as project lead for the recent web redesign project. He has been at Children’s Hospital for almost three years, having previously worked in similar capacities for Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, TN and Covenant Health in Knoxville, TN. He has been a part of digital healthcare communication for over 20 years and also participates in local theatre as a director, actor, musician and playwright.
Terri Skitch
Digital Marketing Manager
PIH Health
Terri is the digital marketing manager for PIH Health, a regional healthcare network in the Los Angeles area with three hospitals, numerous outpatient medical clinics and a multispecialty medical group with over 400 providers. She drove the recent redesign of PIHHealth.org to consolidate information and services offered by the multiple entities under the PIH Health brand. The website is designed to allow the healthcare system to grow into the future. She also plays a key role in a multi-year project to bring a mobile patient experience into the palms of patients’ hands. Terri manages a network of 65 digital monitors that are used for various communication needs and has built a library of over 100 physician videos that run in the waiting rooms of medical offices to cross promote physicians and services available at PIH Health. Terri holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Redlands, and prior to joining PIH Health in 2012, she worked in ecommerce and online content publishing.
