After many months of vetting (likely) every healthcare CRM in the industry for my client, we landed on Welltok, Virgin Pulse’s platform. Welltok’s product was by far the most comprehensive and flexible to meet the needs of varying internal staffing resources and capabilities. Perhaps more importantly, the Welltok team was the most knowledgeable and forthcoming with solutions and best practices - everyone from Sales to Implementation to Client Services is steeped in both their technology AND in provider-side healthcare.
